The molds are designed with 3-D CAD, molding can be realized just with the 3-D data.
Be able to read 2-D（DXF/DWG/IGES）and 3-D data（IGES/STEP/ Palasolid /ACIS）, etc.

For the requirement of mold manufacturing, we have adopted high-precision equipment such as the machining center (Mori Seiki), wire cut E.D.M (Mitsubishi), electrical discharge machine(CHARMILLES), high rigid hobbing machine(Hamai) and so on. Besides, we only use injection machines made in Japan for 15T-300T.
